Below is the Terms and Conditions for chartering "20 Ft Dream" including payment policies, refund policies, can and can't do's on the boat, and passenger requirements:
Payment Policy
- Payments can be performed on the website or in person
- Payments can be cash, cashiers check, credit, debit, or Venmo
- Payments are paid in full BEFORE the charter begins
- If the option is available for the day of the charter, additional time can be booked same day in person only
Refund Policy
- Customers can perform refunds up to 72 hours before the booking for no fee
- If customers request a cancellation within the 72 hour mark, a $100 cancellation fee is required
- If the Captain determines that weather will inhibt the trip the day of the charter, a full refund or a rescheduling will be performed
- If weather or some other exceptional circumstance cuts the trip short, the trip will be pro-rated and the additional balance will be returned to the customer
Can Do on "20 Ft Dream"
- Have a great time on the water!
- Drinking is permitted for customers over 21 years of age but is not provided -> BYOB
- Bring your own gear to include towels, sunscreen, fishing rods, food, and beverages -> NOTE: Ice and Bottled water are supplied
- Connect your phone to the stereo system and play your own tunes
- Fish, Swim, Sandbar, Sight-See, etc.
Can't Do on "20 Ft Dream"
- Stick body parts or head off side of boat while in motion
- Help the crew or captain on any evolution that requires both of them to accomplish
- Touch any marine life from the boat
- Approach the boat from the rear while engine is on
- Towing or water sports for customers is not permitted
- Fish without an appropriate fishing license
